What should I expect?
We are a small and casual group, all ages! It is not uncommon us for to break out in laughter, sing happy birthday or share both our joys and concerns in the one hour service. We sing a combination of classic hymns and contemporary songs of praise. Pastor Janice shares a weekly reflection on what it means to be a faithful human in these times. Once a month, we gather for coffee and refreshments and enjoy each other’s company!
What should I wear?
We see it all. Jackets and ties, Jets T-shirts, dresses and yoga pants. You’ll be fine! Our sanctuary is air conditioned in the warm weather so you will be comfortable!
how can i get there?
We are located across the street form the Malverne LIRR station and the NICE bus stop for the n32 which connects to the Lynbrook LIRR, Hempstead Terminal and LIRR station and the n4, n31 and n25 buses.
Where should I park?
There is no official parking lot, but on Sundays there is parking along Nottingham Road and the neighboring bank parking lot.
What if I have children?
Children are welcome to be with you during service, we even have crayons and coloring books to entertain! In addition, we have a sitter who can sit with your children down in our fully equipped nursery room. We know that the sound of children in worship is the sound of love.
